Our experienced lawyers of the labor and employment law department have been working in nearly all areas of this branch of law, with a focus on advising and representing large and medium-sized companies. In the case of restructurings and reorganizations we establish ad hoc working groups made up of our tax advisors and corporate lawyers in order to work out viable and cost-effective solutions.

  • Drafting and reviewing employment agreements, target agreements, bonus agreements, work time regulations and general terms and conditions
  • Planning and filing complaints of unfair dismissal and warning disputes, including the legal consequences on social security and tax
  • Supporting and drafting transfers of undertakings
  • Implementing and optimizing company pension schemes
  • Works constitution law: preparing hearings of works committees/councils; drafting and negotiating company agreements, coordinating interests and social plans
